Curve Lake First Nation: RFP – Electronic Content Management Solution
Curve Lake First Nation has issued an RFP and invites skilled proponents to submit proposals for an Electronic Content Management System.
The goal of this new system would be to assist with storage and retrieval problems inherent in paper filing systems while reducing business costs and providing instant access to information. The Electronic Content Management System will support Curve Lake First Nation’s Chief and Council recorded information management. The system will provide the capability to manage the creation, profiling, indexing, distribution, storage retrieval, archiving and destruction of all documents and records – including all forms of physical and electronic documents.
Proposals should specifically address the needs and business scenarios outlined in the attached document. For each specific need, it should clearly articulate how your product solves the problem.
A proponents’ conference has been scheduled in the Council Chambers at the Government Services Building at Curve Lake First Nation on November 14th, 2013 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm. This provides an opportunity for clarification regarding any issues with this RFP. Attendance at this conference is not required but highly recommended
All requests for clarification, information and interpretation of the RFP must be submitted in writing or by email and directed to the person named below.
Please note that proposals must be received by Monday November 25th, 2013 before 2:00pm Eastern Standard time.
The selected vendors will pass to the second phase where they will be invited to Curve Lake First Nation for a proof of concept presentation where the vendor will be asked to give a demonstration of their proposed solution on Wednesday December 4th, 2013.
Final Vendor Selection is expected to be completed by December 6th, 2013.
